Abstract

The success of a company in achieving the goals to be achieved is greatly influenced by the company's ability to communicate the organization. Organizational communication is a series of communication processes that occur in an organization that involves members within which aim to achieve the organization's vision and mission. As well as communication between leaders and employees, or employees and leaders. If in a company there is good communication between leaders and employees, the work relationship within the company can run smoothly so that all company goals can be achieved and can survive. Thus the role of organizational communication at CV Harningsih is very important in supporting the continuity of its business. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach by conducting indept interviews with several employees to find out the results of the communication strategy applied to the company CV Harningsih. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that CV Harningsih has tried to implement an organizational communication strategy for its employees but has not succeeded in motivating and creating job loyalty of its employees, this is because the work wages paid are still considered standard so that employees have not felt satisfaction in the workplace.
