Implementation of TPACK-Based Project Based Learning on Static Fluid Material to Improve HOTS Thinking Ability and Learning Motivation of Class XI MIPA 2 Students at SMA GIS 2 Serpong

Education is a long-term investment that requires considerable effort, energy and funds, for the future of a person or a country. The quality of education is very influential on the progress of a nation. The quality of education in Indonesia is still very low. Need to improve the quality of learning both in terms of human resources and learning strategies that are in accordance with the times.The quality of learning outcomes depends on the learning process itself. The quality of these processes and results is inseparable from the strategy made. In this research, we intend to introduce an innovative learning model that is combined with 21st century skills that must be mastered by teachers, namely project based learning based on TPACK.This research was a classroom action research held in two cycles with Kemmis and Taggart model. Each cycle was begun with preparation stage then continued to implementation phase that consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subject was XI Science 2 students of SMA GIS 2 Serpong at Academic Year 2022 / 2023 that consists of 25 students. The data is collected through document review, assigment, test, observation, quesioner and interview to the students. The techniques of data analysis used quantitative and qualitative analysis data techniques. Based on the study and data analysis of this research, it could be concluded that (1) implementation of project based learning based TPACK on the theme of static fluid could improve HOTS thinking skill of XI Science 2 students at SMA GIS 2 Serpong, (2) implementation of project based learning based TPACK on the theme of static fluid could improve motivation learning of XI science 2 students at SMA GIS 2 Serpong.
