Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of statistical quality control (Graph of Control x bar -R) for the main properties of Kerosine products in PPSDM Cepu. The control graph xbar-R is the control chart used if the sample taken is small n> 10. To find out the quality of the main properties of the kerosine in the Cepu PPSDM can use SPSS aids using the X pen-R control chart. Observation parameters are the acquisition of distillation in 200oC and Final Boiling Point (FBP). Normality of Observation Data in the Parameter of Distillation Obtaining During 200oC and Final Boiling Point was analyzed using the analysis of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test with a significant level of 5%, if the data is normally distributed followed by a test in the R. diagram if the diagram R is under control used. If the R diagram is in uncontrolled condition, then the data must be improved in advance so that it is in a controlled condition. In making the control graph using SPSS, it was found that the acquisition of distillation during 200oC and the final boiling point on the kerosine product was in a controlled state because all points were within the control limit of 3?. This means that Kerosine products have good quality.
