The Effect of Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Fleming Learning Models on Student Achievement in Trigonometry Material
(Case Study of MAN 4 Kebumen)

This study aims to determine whether the learning achievement of students with the STAD learning model is better than the Fleming learning model on trigonometry material. Learning achievement of students with the STAD learning model is better than the Fleming learning model on trigonometry material. The population in this study were all class X IPA MAN 4 KEBUMEN which consisted of three classes. The samples in this study were two classes with a total of 73 students. Sampling used simple random sampling technique. Hypothesis testing uses multivariate t-test analysis and is followed by a separate univariate t-test. From the multivariate t test it was obtained: the learning achievement of students with the STAD model was better than the Fleming learning model in trigonometry material, and continued with the univariate t test it was obtained: the learning achievement of students with the STAD learning model was better than the Fleming learning model in trigonometry material. This shows that the STAD learning model can be used as input for teachers and prospective teachers in learning to improve student achievement.
