Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Quality of Work Life and Compensation on Employee Work Productivity at PT. Delamibrands Kharisma Clothing. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. Delamibrands Kharisma Busana numbered 60 employees, and the entire population was taken as a sample. In this study the sample was taken using Saturated Sampling, while the technique used to collect data was a field study which included observation, interviews and questionnaires measured by a Likert scale and then processed using SPSS version 25. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% showed that: ( 1) the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable (5.767 > 2.001) with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), (2) compensation has a positive effect and significant on work productivity, as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable (6.591 > 2.001) with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and (3) the quality of work life and compensation together have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, as evidenced by the results of the Fcount > Ftable (21.348 > 3.16) with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) quality of work life and compensation affect work productivity by 42.8% while the remaining 57.2% is influenced by other factors not included in the research model. With multiple regression equation value Y=17,266 + 0.015 X1 + 0.492 X2 + e.
