Abstract

Employee performance (percentage of work) is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out the duties and responsibilities assigned to him. There are many factors to achieve this through the application of work discipline, conducting training and providing stimulus. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline, training and incentives on employee performance at the Regional Revenue and Asset Financial Management Agency in Central Tapanuli Regency. The background of the problem in this research is work discipline, training and incentives have an effect on employee performance at the Regional Revenue and Asset Financial Management Agency in Central Tapanuli Regency? The method of collecting data is through a questionnaire with an interval scale research scale. The sample in this study amounted to 64 employees at the Regional Revenue and Asset Financial Management Agency. The results of the study concluded that work discipline partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BPKPAD in Central Tapanuli Regency, training was concluded to partially have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at BPKPAD in Central Tapanuli Regency, the provision of incentives was concluded partially positive and significant effect on employee performance at BPKPAD in Central Tapanuli Regency.
