Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a significant role in Indonesia's economy, especially in the snack food sector. However, many SMEs face challenges in developing their businesses effectively. The Business Model Canvas is one of the strategies that can help SMEs formulate and optimize their business models. This study aims to develop and optimize the business model of Kinori Chips, an enterprise engaged in the production of banana chips. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Business Model Canvas helps in identifying strategic areas that require improvement, such as product innovation and optimization of distribution channels. The recommendations from this research include product diversification and the implementation of digital marketing strategies to expand market reach and enhance business competitiveness.
