Abstract

Thispaperpresentsacomprehensivereviewoftheimplementationof ManagementInformationSystems(MIS)inmanagingHumanResources(HR)within modernorganizations.Thestudyaimstoanalyzetheeffectivenessandchallenges associatedwithintegratingMISinHRprocesses.Throughasystematicliterature review,thisresearchexaminesvariousmethodologiesandapproachesutilizedinMIS implementationinHRmanagement.Thepopulationofthestudycomprises organizationsacrossdifferentsectorsthathaveadoptedMISforHRfunctions.The sampleincludescasestudies,surveys,andexperimentalstudiesexploringtheimpact ofMISonHRperformance.Datacollectioninstrumentsencompassedsurveys, interviews,anddocumentanalysis.Resultsindicatethateffectiveimplementationof MISinHRmanagementleadstoimprovedefficiency,decision-making,andemployee satisfaction.However,challengessuchasdatasecurity,resistancetochange,and integrationissueswereidentified.Thefindingshighlighttheimportanceofstrategic planning,usertraining,andcontinuousevaluationinsuccessfulMISimplementation inHRmanagement.
