Abstract

Management Information Systems (MIS) is a platform that provides data to facilitate effective decision-making processes, both in addressing challenges and exploring opportunities. This research aims to evaluate the use of management information systems in marketing at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk through a literature review method, which involves the collection and analysis of data from various related sources. The results show that information systems play a crucial role in supporting business operations at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, where without information technology, bank operations would not be possible.
