Information systems have become an important part of communication between society and organizations in various contexts. The aim of this research is to find applications of information systems that consider the needs and dynamics of society and organizations. In this context, the main focus is on developing information systems that enable effective collaboration between communities and organizations, increasing participation and increasing operational efficiency. Evaluation methods consisting of qualitative and quantitative analysis are used to evaluate success. of this implementation. information Systems . The results show that an interactive approach in information systems development can provide significant benefits. Systems that meet the needs of society and organizations can increase public participation in decision-making processes, increase service availability, and optimize organizational performance. This study helps understand how information systems can be effective tools. to facilitate communication between communities and organizations. The practical implications include guidance for information systems developers to design solutions that meet the changing needs and dynamics of society and organizations. In addition, this research also provides a better understanding of the factors that influence the successful implementation of information systems in this complex context, which may help improve implementation strategies in the future.
