Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the Halal Guarantee System at Point Rindu Coffee & Venue. This research method is descriptive qualitative using a case study approach. The data obtained is primary data. The data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of observations and interviews found that Titik Rindu Coffee & Venue does not yet have a halal guarantee certificate. There are several aspects of SJH that are considered not to meet the requirements of the Halal Guarantee System. So, Titik Rindu Coffee & Venue needs to make improvements and complete all the criteria needed for the LPPOM MUI Halal Guarantee System (SJH) application process. By having an LPPOM MUI halal guarantee certificate, you can give confidence to buyers who are predominantly Muslim.
