Abstract

This study aims to find out how the relationship between the school and the community (HUSEMAS) in SDN Peninggilan 02 Kota Tangerang, with the sub focus of the program planning for the evaluation and evaluation of the program. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The process of planning school relations programs with the community starts from the beginning of the school year. Planning is designed by looking at the conditions and needs that exist in the school by considering the funds, time, student achievement, and student guardian desires. The parties involved in the program planning process are all school residents such as; Principal, Teacher, Staff / Staff, and School Committee. SDN Peninggilan 02 also has a working partner relationship with the Office of Education, Health Office (Puskesmas), Kemenpora, Environment (LH), Police. But the relationship between the school and these agencies is incidental. (2) Evaluation of the school relations program with the community at SDN Peniggilan 02 is carried out in several stages, namely the evaluation of the preparation phase, evaluation of the implementation phase and final stage evaluation. In the evaluation process, it is felt that it is not optimal because there are still obstacles faced during evaluation such as time constraints. The evaluation process involves all school residents. The goal is that the programs that have been implemented can be known for their shortcomings and strengths. This form of evaluation is carried out through meetings conducted by the principal with the person in charge of the program and the results of the evaluation are informed to all school residents through electronic media.
