The demand for university graduates is not only to be able to work in other companies and agencies, but also to have an entrepreneurial spirit to create new jobs by taking advantage of the opportunities that arise from the 4.0 revolution. Universities will face challenges in preparing and equipping human resources with the right competencies and skills to face the 4.0 revolution . Government efforts through the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs, Directorate General of Higher Education implement the Program Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa Indonesia(PKMI) in 2021 which consists of Kegiatan Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Indonesia (KBMI), Akselerasi Startup Mahasiswa Indonesia (ASMI) and Pendampingan Wirausaha Mahasiswa Indonesia (PWMI) in 2021 as a form of implementing the Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy and encouraging the emergence of student entrepreneurs in Indonesia
The research method used is a literature review by analyzing several international journals, and MBKM guide books, several articles and books on entrepreneurship. It can be seen how the government encourages business incubators in developing startups and introducing businesses through digital technology. Entrepreneurship learning with the MBKM curriculum in higher education is expected to increase students' interest and potential in entrepreneurship, so that it will help overcome problems in Indonesia.
