Abstract

As we know the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 in Indonesia has penetrated the world of education and the government has provided a policy to implement distance learning. In essence, the purpose of PJJ is to facilitate the learning process. PJJ is assessed differently by various parties, one of which is the perception of students. Student perceptions in distance learning are in the form of students' opinions about what they experience and feel in distance learning activities. This study aims to prove the effect of student perceptions of distance learning (PJJ) and its effect during the pandemic. This research is an associative research that uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at Unindra in April – May 2021. The research population was Unindra's economic education students. The sample using purposive sampling technique obtained 140 students as participants. Source of data is primary data obtained by researchers directly. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The linear regression value for this study is Y = 9.361 + 0.784X. Based on the results of statistical calculations, it is known that there is a significant influence on students' perceptions of distance learning (PJJ) and its effect during the pandemic.
