This research aims to analyze student needs regarding the availability of learning resources to support the implementation of Student Center Learning (SCL) in the STKIP Abdi Wacana Wamena Mathematics Education Study Program. The type and approach in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques in this research are questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of this research, it was found that as many as 89.16% (74 people) of students felt happy learning if they used textbooks, modules, diktats or textbooks to understand lecture material. The availability of existing learning resources is still limited and has not been able to meet needs where only 42.17% (35 people) of students asked that the availability of learning resources means that efforts need to be made to increase the quantity and quality of learning resources in the form of textbooks, diktats, textbooks or ebooks. those in the library are adequate. Therefore, one effort that can be taken is the need to develop teaching materials to provide adequate learning resources for students to support the implementation of independent learning which is more student-centred (Student Center Learning). This is supported by the student response of 71.08% (59 people) who agreed and felt it was necessary to develop teaching materials. The development of adequate teaching materials needs to be carried out to support SCL-based independent learning.
