This research aims to analyze the impact of entrepreneurial mindset transformation on employee performance and organizational growth at PT ARMS and its divisions. Through a qualitative case study approach, this research investigates the shift from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset following entrepreneurship training. The findings reveal significant positive impacts resulting from this mindset transformation. Employees who have adopted an entrepreneurial mindset are more effective in handling routine tasks, allocating time more efficiently, and innovating in task completion. They also become more actively engaged in product marketing, expanding networks, and feeling a stronger attachment to the company. The entrepreneurial mindset inspires employees to contribute to company growth through creativity and innovation. This mindset fosters an organizational culture that is adaptive, proactive, and collaborative. The findings underline the importance of cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset among employees as a response to the rapid and complex dynamics of the business environment. In the context of government institutions, the entrepreneurial mindset is also pivotal in addressing challenges and achieving sustainable growth. This study provides deep insights into how the transformation of an entrepreneurial mindset can shape an innovative and growth-supporting work environment across diverse business contexts.
