The Role of Digital Marketing in Increasing MSME Income

The development of digital technology has changed the marketing of MSMEs which was originally carried out conventionally to be digital. MSME must be able to keep up with the times and choose one of the media to be used as a promotional tools for their businesses. This is because social media is a promotional tool that can be used to reach a wider audience at a low cost. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method using MSME as informants. The results of the interviews conducted with the three informants found some similarities in the business patterns. One man show in the MSME business is one of the obstacles to the development of the MSME business. And the absence of an admin who manages the business online also slightly hampers sales that should be accessible to a wider range of potential consumers
