The Influence of Work Culture, Work Environment and Work Safety on Performance of Employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Ternate

The purpose of this research is whether work culture, work environment and work safety simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Ternate, to determine the influence of work culture, work environment, and work safety on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Ternate. This type of research researchers use quantitative research methods. Quantitative research was obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Ternate. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. The data analysis model used in this study is multiple linear regression. The data collected is primary data that can be classified as independent variables and dependent variables. The results of the analysis of the influence of work culture on employee performance indicate that work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the analysis of the influence of the work environment on employee performance indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the results of the analysis of the influence of work safety on employee performance indicate that work safety has a negative but significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that work culture, work environment and work safety have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Ternate.
