Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on all fields such as economic, political, social, cultural, to education. Although we often see from the negative side, of course there are still many opportunities for those who are able to see and innovate to use it. STIE Surakarta, as one of the tertiary institutions in Surakarta, always strives for the graduates to be able to adapt and take advantage of every opportunity. They are expected to play a role in creating their own job opportunities and where possible create work opportunities for others, at least for those around them. During the pandemic, many felt doubt, especially for those who were first going to be entrepreneurs, so it was felt necessary to be motivated or encouraged so that they had high confidence to start entrepreneurship. The training provided motivation for the participants as well as a review of various Management materials such as Marketing Management, HR Management, Financial Management, to Accounting and Taxation. After sharing the material, it was continued with the practice of preparing Business Plans by the participants as evidence that they were ready and motivated to start and continue to entrepreneurship.
