Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a function of human resource development from childhood to adulthood and develops in line with existing experiences and encouragement. Therefore, simultaneous development needs to be carried out from various sectors, both education, development of a supportive business environment, as well as various efforts in coaching and development. Vocational High School (SMK) is a formal school under the Ministry of National Education which aims to produce graduates who are ready to enter the workforce independently as an entrepreneur (entrepreneur). With the average age of students who are still in a productive period to receive science and technology, including entrepreneurship, vocational schools are very important in preparing graduates who are ready to become entrepreneurs. For this reason, entrepreneurial characteristics in SMK need to be conditioned through extracurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities. So it is expected that with environmental conditions that apply entrepreneurial characteristics, students become accustomed to applying them and in the end, it will become student personality traits. The results of this activity indicate that by cultivating and growing an entrepreneurial spirit in vocational students, to motivate them to become entrepreneurs and to actualize themselves in entrepreneurial behavior, they can see opportunities that can be used to earn their income or income. So that when they finish school, they can become entrepreneurs.
