Empowering Financial Literacy for MSMEs, through Easy Stock Investing to Support Business Sustainability

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to empower financial literacy to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kota Bambu Selatan Urban Village, Palmerah District, West Jakarta, through stock investment training. This training was held to increase the knowledge and understanding of MSME players regarding the importance of stock investment as a way to support the sustainability of their business. The methods used in this program include socialization, workshops, and intensive mentoring. The training participants are MSME players who have an interest in learning about stock investment. During the training, participants were given materials on the basics of stock investment, the use of fintech applications for stock transactions, and strategies for managing business finances. The results of the training showed a significant improvement in participants' financial literacy and ability to invest in stocks. Most participants stated that they were more confident to start investing in stocks after attending the training. The program successfully achieved its goal of improving the financial literacy of MSME players and is expected to contribute positively to their business sustainability and growth in the future. The success of this program is also indicated by the high level of participant satisfaction with the materials and methods used.
