Since February 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic has attacked many countries and Indonesia has become one of the countries affected by the outbreak. Many sectors have been affected because of this corona virus, ranging from poor economic stability, limited social activities to educational problems in children. One of the problems in education is the impact of stress on parents in assisting children in the distance learning process. This underlies the need for training activities in order to deal with stress problems experienced by parents. The subjects in this training were 7 subjects with female gender. Subjects selected were those with high stress categories by conducting a stress scale survei. The training was carried out with some material and practice then followed up after 2 weeks of training with the results of 7 subjects, 6 subjects fell in the low stress category and 1 subject fell in the medium stress category
